Herk and Associates has partnered with a global OEM to help find them an experienced sales executive to take on the General Manager of Global Sales and Customer Service position.

*Relocation assistance is provided for this role*

This is an on-site role with approximately 60% travel. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales and sales management experience in the heavy equipment industry, construction and/or mining preferred. Must have a strong desire to build and maintain a global sales team and work to exceed customer expectations. Partner with a stable, fast-growing organization that offers a very competitive base salary and great benefits. Candidate MUST be bilingual English plus one other language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years sales experience
• MUST be bilingual; English plus one other language
• MUST hold a valid US passport
• Experience and knowledge in Construction and/or mining Equipment preferred
• Previous sales management & team building required
• Knowledge and experience with attachments a plus
• Must meet travel requirements
