Herk & Associates has been retained by a rapidly growing equipment dealer to find them a Sales Manager based in Oklahoma. This role will involve managing a team of sales representatives that are based out of multiple store locations in Oklahoma. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and dealers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Attend industry events to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
