Our client is a full-service equipment dealership and they are seeking an ambitious Branch Manager to join their team in South-Central Texas.

The goal of this role is to utilize exceptional customer service to increase business growth and opportunities. The Branch Manager will coordinate with company leadership to create programs that grow the company's market share and revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Develop a plan for the annual operating budget
• Recruit, train, manage, and motivate team members across various departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR combination of education and experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
