Herk and Associates has been retained by a leading equipment dealer looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative with material handling experience to join their team in New York City.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in driving sales in a large and growing market! You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build relationships with new and existing clients in all 5 NYC boroughs
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience within the material handling industry preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the New York and surrounding areas' market
• Valid driver's license
