Our client is seeking a Product Support Manager based in a state in the Southeast. 

This role will report to the organization's President and will lead the parts and service departments across multiple branches.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the parts and service departments for multiple locations
  • Ensure high levels of customer support and satisfaction
  • Manage the product support process 
  • Provide customer training on new equipment

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related equipment experience
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading multiple branches
  • Understands the day to day intricacies of leading a branch
  • Warranty and P&L statement experience
