Position Details & Responsibilities
Our client is seeking a Product Support Manager based in a state in the Southeast.
This role will report to the organization's President and will lead the parts and service departments across multiple branches.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the parts and service departments for multiple locations
- Ensure high levels of customer support and satisfaction
- Manage the product support process
- Provide customer training on new equipment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related equipment experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading multiple branches
- Understands the day to day intricacies of leading a branch
- Warranty and P&L statement experience
